Let us help celebrate your special occasion as you help us celebrate ours! After 14 years online as the #1 provider of fine art Ketubahs, Ketubah Ketubah is changing its name to Ketubah.com. We are marking our anniversary by giving away one Ketubah a week for 14 weeks from May 10 through August 18, 2010. No purchase is necessary.
Each week's winner will be able to choose one of our 200 exclusive Signature Collection Ketubahs up to a total retail cost of $350 (including any selected options, shipping etc.)
To enter, simply fill in this form. Feel free to visit us again to enter every week until you win! (You must be 18 years old or older.) One winner will be chosen randomly each week. We will be announcing the previous week’s winner every Wednesday on our Facebook Fan Page.
Winners must order their Ketubahs by December 31, 2010.
Sweepstakes Entry
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY;
- To be eligible, entrants must be 18 years or older and residents of the USA or Canada. Other restrictions may apply.
- Sweepstakes runs from May 10 to August 18, 2010.
- Entrants must provide their first and last name plus their email address via our web form. Alternatively, entrants may mail in this information to our mailing address. (See Contact Us)
- By submitting an entry, whether online or by mail, entrants certify that they are eligible to enter and agree to be bound by the Sweepstakes’ rules.
- Limit of one entry per household per week.
- Each of the 14 prizes consists of one (1) Ketubah from our exclusive Signature Collection with a maximum total retail cost of $350 including any selected options and shipping.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of entrants each week.
- We cannot be held responsible for lost/delayed mail or e-mail, printing or posting typographical errors, technical failures, etc.; maximum liability is limited to the value of each prize.
- One winner will be selected by random draw each Wednesday for 14 weeks starting on May 19.
- We reserve the right to obtain and publicize winners’ names, wedding date, likenesses and details of the Ketubah they select as a prize.
- Prizes must be claimed and the desired Ketubah must be ordered by December 31, 2010.
- Winning orders must be placed by phone at: 1-888-538-8224.
- Prizes are not transferable, have no cash value and must be ordered by the winner.
- Ketubahs ordered as a prize may not be returned or refunded.
- If a prize is won by a customer who has purchased a Signature Collection Ketubah between May 10 and August 18, 2010, the customer will be eligible to receive a refund equal to the lesser of $350 or the total price they paid for their Ketubah.
- We cannot be held liable for any claims whether direct, incidental or otherwise resulting from this Sweepstakes.
