Lee Loebman

Lee Loebman has been producing Judaic artwork since the mid-1980s when, as a design student, he was asked to create a Ketubah for his brother’s wedding. Since then he has created hundreds of Ketubot for clients in the United States, Britain and Israel. Lee’s vibrant and colorful style weaves the thread of Jewish imagery into modern design to create personal, intricately detailed works.

Stained Glass - 3D Version

Three separate copies of the artwork are created and each layer is cut with extreme precision to create four intricate and distinct levels. A special adhesive and foam boarding is used to separate the levels, creating a layered, multidimensional effect. Please note that 3 weeks are required for the production of this Ketubah. This design, based on a paper cut, is designed to have the feel of a stained glass window. The spiral of life flows through the design revealing the symbols of the home and of the Jewish family as a whole. The phrase at the top is from "The Song of Songs" and means "I am my beloved's and my beloved is mine".
